Leukemia were looking at a brand new office space for their Victorian Head Office in Preston, Melbourne and brought their project to the team at Integrity Office Fitouts for complete design, layout and finishes.
As a Non-for-profit Organization, Leukemia had to maintain a strict budget, yet wanted to create an interesting, fun and practical space for their employees and clients. They liaised closely with our in house office fitout team to choose corporate colours and finishes that portrayed their present and future vision. Since they have 50 staff members, yet countless volunteer helpers, the space needed to be able to accommodate the flux of people.
They decided to use open plan ‘cross’ style workstations, perfect for all the various departments that require constant communication between employees to achieve their goals more efficiently and to make good use of all the natural light through the exterior windows on all four sides of the new building.
Integrity Office also achieved the space planning solution of creating a large training room facility & space for family information nights. In order to maximise their space, we designed an operable wall system within the training room, for greater flexibility and the option to divided or open up the area.
Integrity Office created and designed various offices and meeting rooms at the front of the building, including a large utility storage room, space for a staff breakout area, a practical and professional front reception desk, and feature walls. All this was designed, created and installed on a very short time schedule leading up to Christmas, so that Leukemia’s new headquarters could be in full operatation for the start of 2014.
We at Integrity Office believe Non-for-profit Organizations do a remarkable work in our society, and so we seek to honor your commitment to the cause. We provide special prices for NGOs, as our own kind of ‘thank you’, as well as work closely with you to get the most out of your office fitout.
