The Army needed the complete office fitout of a new training facility building at the Simpson Barracks in Watsonia, working in conjunction with Grocon the Builder & Project Manager for this development.
Integrity Office designed and installed all the functional workstations and storage to the new Administration Building which was a 6-star Building Design. Integrity Office fitted out all the senior management offices, meeting rooms and a large lecture room training facility for all their in-house staff training sessions.
We built an open breakout area with a kitchen in Victorian Ash, including modular tables and chairs to the open breakout area. This was designed with a modern, clean look in mind, set beautifully against the polished concrete floors. All walls were lined panelling through the building in Victorian Ash timber to create an earthy feel to the building design.
We achieved the complete fitout & installation of all the loose furniture and joinery to the client’s tight time schedule and were under budget to the client’s stratification.
