About Integrity Office: forty years of Melbourne fitouts
Integrity Office has been fitting out Melbourne workplaces since 1985. In that time more than 3,500 businesses have been through the process with us, from single tenancies in the south east to government departments and multinationals including Pfizer. Every one of them was quoted on a fixed price.
Forty years in one trade
We started in 1985 doing commercial office fitouts and we still do commercial office fitouts. There has been no pivot into residential, no side business, no rebrand into something broader. Forty years in one trade is the reason a site measure takes us an hour instead of a day, and the reason we are comfortable putting a fixed number in writing when others quote a range.
What has changed is the scope of what a workplace has to do. Offices we built in the nineties were rows of workstations and a boardroom. The ones we build now have to handle hybrid attendance, video-heavy meeting rooms, quiet work, collaborative work and a kitchen that people actually use. The construction principles have not moved. The brief has.
Who you deal with
Integrity Office was founded by Peter Womersley, who still runs the business and still attends site measures. On most projects you will deal with Peter at the quoting stage and with one project manager for the duration of the build. There is no account manager layer between you and the people doing the work.
The team is in-house: workspace designers and drafters, furniture specialists, and our own joinery capability. We make joinery rather than buying it in, which is the difference between a reception desk that fits the space and one that nearly does.
How we quote
We measure the tenancy before we quote. Not because it is a formality, but because services, existing conditions and base build quality are where fitout budgets actually move. Once we have looked at the space, you get a fixed price in writing within two business days. That price is what you pay.
A fixed price is only honest if the person quoting has seen what they are quoting on. That is the whole reason we do it in that order.
One contract, one price, one number to call
Design, construction, partitioning, joinery, electrical and data, furniture, the kitchen, the reception, the boardroom. We handle all of it with one team under one contract. You are not coordinating a designer, a builder, a joiner and a furniture supplier, and you are not the one absorbing the gaps between them.
When something needs to be resolved on site, there is one project manager to call and one company responsible for the answer.
Licensed and accountable
Integrity Office is a Registered Building Practitioner with the Victorian Building Authority, registration CBL-17949. Building permits, essential safety measures and accessibility compliance are handled as part of the project rather than left with you to chase.
Workmanship is backed by us, and manufacturer warranties on furniture and fittings pass through to you. The terms that apply to your project are set out in writing with the quote.
Where we work
We work across metropolitan Melbourne from our base in Mitcham. The bulk of our work sits in the eastern and south eastern suburbs, including Mulgrave, Glen Waverley, Mount Waverley, Clayton, Notting Hill, Knoxfield and Dandenong North, but we take projects anywhere in the metro area.
