Peter Womersley started Integrity Office in 1985 and still runs it from our workshop in Mitcham, the starting point for every suburb on this page. He is a Registered Building Practitioner with the Victorian Building Authority, CBL-17949, and reviews every project personally.

Why does the suburb matter for a fitout?
Because the rules change with the address. Planning zones, owners corporation approvals, shopping centre requirements and older buildings that may contain asbestos all vary from area to area, and each can change the scope and the price. Your suburb page covers what we look for there.

No. The site measure is at no charge, and the fixed price follows in writing within two business days.
