Do you charge to come out and quote?
No. We offer a free consultation. We come to your workspace, take a proper site measure, talk through how your team works, and come back with layout ideas and fixed-price options. There is no cost to have us assess the space.
How long does an office fit out take?
Most fit outs run 8 to 14 weeks from design sign-off to handover, depending on the size of the workspace and how much construction, joinery and services work is involved. We confirm a firm programme before we start.
How much does an office fit out cost?
As a general guide, commercial fit outs sit around 900 to 1,500 dollars per square metre, though the figure varies with scope, finishes and the condition of the base build. We give you a fixed price once the design is agreed.
Can my business keep operating during the fit out?
Often yes. Where the site allows, we stage the work and schedule the noisier trades outside your hours so your team keeps running. If a decant is the better option, we plan it with you to keep downtime low.
Do you handle make good and end-of-lease works?
Yes. Make good and defit are part of what we manage, whether you are leaving a tenancy or refreshing one before a new lease term. We can run it alongside a relocation so your exit and new fit out are handled together.
