In writing, within two business days of the measure. What we quote is what you pay. No provisional sums that quietly become real ones.
Not signed a lease yet?
That is fine, and it is usually the best time to talk to us. We will tell you what a tenancy will cost to fit out before you commit to the rent, and what in the lease is worth pushing back on. Make-good obligations and fitout contributions are negotiable at the start in a way they never are later. Around half the people who call us are still looking.
