What is the average time to design and build my new office?

As every office is uniquely designed and built for your special requirements, we need to allow for the design/ construct/ project manage of your new workspace. We ensure that your office is delivered on time and within budget. We normally allow around 4-6 weeks depending on the size of the office.

What design service do you offer?

We offer a full in –house interior design service, we offer plans from concept stage to space planning, entailing all your office furniture and finishing designs and final touches. We offer a full range of sample laminates / fabrics / acoustic panels displayed in our showroom.

What office size do you specialise in?

We can offer our clients a complete design and individual workspace fitout – offering a complete turn-key process from office space anywhere between 100sqm to 1000sqm, and anywhere in the middle.

Where do you Operate?

Our head office is based in Melbourne where we service the CBD and surrounding areas.

When is the best time to contact you in relation to a new office?

The earlier the better is the best course of action when you are deciding to relocate to a new office, allowing time to navigate through the process of transition and challenges you may face along the way, we highly recommend approximately 4-6 months if possible.

What does full fitout service mean?

At Integrity we offer an extensive personalised service offering the complete workspace package from consultancy, design, furniture, joinery, construction and project management providing you with a complete turn-key experience from start to finish on your individual designed office space.

What warranties & maintenance do you offer?

At Integrity Office we strive to offer the best experience in providing exceptional personal service. All of our workspace furniture & fittings are covered by our 8 year warranty. We offer a defect period of 4 weeks in relation to our building & design works to your new installed workspace. We can also manage all the relevant fire/emergency/exit signs services that require 6 monthly site checks as part of the landlords tenancy agreements.
