Integrity Office were appointed as the main fitout contractor to build & fitout this large office building 450 s/metres and adjoining warehouse 810s/metres for Keycorp Corporation in Preston. Keycorp required us to build multiple offices for their senior management staff, along with lots of open areas to look out upon.
We were required to design a large area for their Technical Support Team & Merchant Service Department, which manages over 312,000 merchants and over 725,000 multi-vendor assets in merchant and retail premises across Australia. They required long banks of workstations spread throughout the office and warehouse buildings. We came up with designing a bright colour pallet of fabric partitions and light colored worktops to make this space a more open and relaxed workplace area.
Integrity Office created and designed the three brightly coloured laminated kitchens, complete with breakout areas, space for ottomans, tables, chairs and planter boxes positioned for small nook areas with overlooked an internal courtyard.
We promised our client to complete this office fitout within 12 weeks so they could move in by September – this was achieved by Integrity Office and their contractors.
