Tandem Cares acquired floor space in Abbotsford around 1200s/m, our team at Integrity Office was to create a professional inviting space for its staff and many clients.

Tandem was requiring an open plan ‘team’ style workstations in the large areas around the open floor space.  We were able to design large open plan workstations with lots of storage space for each desk also catering for the need for personal space making use of the natural light in the building

Integrity Office also achieved the space planning solution of creating 12 corporate offices,4 meeting rooms, 1 large Boardroom, and additional 3 carers support rooms, we also provided a complete paint upgrade of the whole building & new carpet tiles throughout this space. We built a large separate function room for our client to lease out this additional space for corporate client usage in the Abbotsford area. We designed & built a modern and professional look that the client wanted to achieve in their New Tenancy Fit out.

We designed a kitchen with breakout area, space for tables and chairs. This also had the multi-functionality of being used as a staff meeting room which opens out onto a large garden space. Tandem moved into their new premises prior to Christmas. As promised, Integrity Office delivered a quality office fit out within the specified time frame and budget.
