The streets north of Ferntree Gully Road, including Jellico Drive and Rocco Drive, are Industrial 1 Zone, with office buildings and office and warehouse units. Recent listings there have offered offices of about 260 and 670 square metres. Scoresby Village Shopping Centre, at Ferntree Gully Road and Stud Road, covers the local shops. The whole area is part of the Scoresby, Rowville and Knoxfield business location, which the council put at about 15,400 jobs.
