Doncaster's business centre is Doncaster Hill, a 58 hectare activity centre along Doncaster Road, Williamsons Road and Tram Road in the City of Manningham. Westfield Doncaster, first opened in 1969, sits at its heart, with high-rise apartments and several historic buildings along Doncaster Road around it. The centre is in the Activity Centre Zone of the Manningham Planning Scheme, which sets out precincts for housing, shops and commercial space.
Office space here comes in two main forms. Westfield Doncaster Tower, at 619 Doncaster Road, offers office suites from about 35 to 150 square metres, some with views to the city and the Dandenongs. Along Doncaster Road and Williamsons Road, smaller buildings hold consulting and professional suites, some with their own car parks.
There is no train to Doncaster. Box Hill station is the closest, and most public transport is by bus, including freeway buses from Doncaster Park and Ride.
