Wantirna South holds Knox Central, the largest activity centre in the City of Knox. Its spine is Burwood Highway between Stud Road and Scoresby Road, with Westfield Knox, the Knox Civic Centre at 511 Burwood Highway, and a bus interchange at the shopping centre. There is no train.
